The vision of his son, Aldo Coppola Jr., brought a new business philosophy in 1986 with the opening of direct Ateliers, the start of a franchise network, the creation of a freelancers’ agency, the inauguration of the Academy and the distribution of Aldo Coppola products.

The training of the Aldo Coppola staff is performed at the Aldo Coppola Academy, a place where all techniques are developed and all branded products are tested for use. The name Shatush was used for the first time in 1991 to describe a coloring technique that recreates the natural effect of a hair lightened by the sun. The first Shatush product line then was launched in 2001 from the idea of a sustainable beauty, a strong professional experience and a certified avant-garde cosmetics. In 2022 Shatush has been also presented as a news franchise formula focusing on beauty innovation and design.
Another brand is part of the family: Go Coppola. Founded in 2007, it is the pret-a-porter of Aldo Coppola, a young and dynamic way of affiliation born to provide a new dimension to the professional hairdressers. Nowadays the brand counts more than 40 franchising in Italy and 2 in Russia.
All the communication, pr, events and out-of-salon services are dealt by the Aldo Coppola Agency. The hair and make up look of fashion shows, shootings and celebrities are taken care by a group of highly professional freelancers that work with the goal of creating the best possible expression of the Aldo Coppola brand.
